School District 8 Transportation

I can not believe it...they finally canceled school for bad road conditions...Usually it doesn't matter how bad the roads are they send the buses out in terrible road conditions...Doesn't matter if cars are going off the road & the radio is telling you to stay in. If the plows were not out & it was freezing rain...They still would send the kids to school...One time they made a announcement on the radio that there was school but the buses would not be picking the kids up but the buses would take the kids home...Come on give me a break...They expected all the parents to drive the kids to school on a day that they should of canceled in the first place...My oldest boy years back his bus went off the road on the way home...They just don't seem to care about the safety of the kids...They judge weather where I live on what it is like in town...Usually while roads may be ok in town out here in Baxters Corner New Brunswick the roads are terrible...And they surely don't want to pay the teachers for a day off...So thats why it shocked the hell out of me this morning when the School District 8 snow line said no school...Wow!

Squire's (Home Owner's Please Read) Saint John New Brunswick

Home Owner's Please Read:

Squire's Home Comfort Provides wood stoves, Windows & doors...Well I don't know if they are any good @ putting wood stoves in houses but if you are thinking of getting them to put windows & doors into your house DON'T DO IT. If you get them to put your windows & doors then you might as well just take your thousands of dollars & put in in your wood stove & burn it...We had them doing our windows & doors & i must say it was the biggest mistake of my life..First they talked me out of the windows that i really did want, which was the windows that went up & down...So instead they talked me into the wind out one's...Then they didn't put the windows in right...They didn't use a level on the windows not once...I am not a carpenter but i do know when working with windows & house repairs you are suppose to use a level...The windows are hard to wind out & in...The doors get stuck cause they didn't even install the supposedly $30 hardware properly which i have already replaced on one of the doors...They were suppose to finish my basement door opening & they left it & i had to get on them & complain so they came back & did it...That was a bit of a fight with the guy that owns Squire's which i must say he is a ripe off artist...Thank god I got the windows that are guaranteed for life because I have already had the wind out handles replaced once & i have to get them replaced again & that is through the company NOT Squire's...If I had to get it done through them well lets say i might as well take the windows out & drop them...Well lets just say lesson learned DON'T GO TO SQUIRE'S FOR ANY HOME REPAIR! Might as well figure it out & do it my self!

Good Old Saint John

Beautiful city but thats not enough for a person to survive on.I read on other sites come to Saint John New Brunswick, Live here, buy a house here. Why so you can take what little jobs left that are here & family members of families that have been born & raised here have to move away to get work.We are already over populated but keep moving to our city.Move to our city & enjoy our "High Gas Prices" "Low minimum wage rate", "Over priced grocery stores".Enjoy Uptown where if you go out early enough there will be tons of Rats running all over Market Square.Yes thats right it is swarming with them believe me I know. They come running towards you & you stamp your feet a couple time to get them to run away.Disgusting little rodents. After seeing that i will never eat in Market Square again.
